Gem Plastics' equipment is state of the art from the computer controlled extrusion system to the quality assurance laboratory. ISO 9000 procedures monitor and control the process to the highest quality standards and consistency. Physical and mechanical properties are measured with precision, including color, gloss, surface hardness and melt flows to name a few.
HDPE sheets are manufactured in sizes of .200" to 1.50" thick, up to 84" wide and 14' long. Standard shees are 48" X 96 and 48" X 120" but other sizes by request. Contact us for the nearest distributor's location.
